This sculptured pendant is one of  Rare and Beautiful's "Tasmania Coastal Collection" it is a direct cast in sterling silver of a Tasmanian Venus shell  that we found on the local beach

Burmese Amber coastal The Ring is a sizeDating from the Cretaceous period 100mya. Burmese Amber is the worlds finest Amber and often contains plant, insect, and other rare inclusions. This material is older and harder than other ambers, which makes it fantastic for jewellery. This piece has inclusions of what look like small insects tick, a silver fish, and a cicada leaf hopper. 20 x 20 x 10 mm 2. 35 grams
