The flexible encased polymers squeeze into the masonry for the best waterproof protection. This latex based product has a minimal odor and cleans up readily with water. It's been developed with an environmentally friendly green biocide to combat mildew growth on the dried paint coat. Radon gas penetration is also minimized. It has been tested against ASTM D 7088
