The central ruby is approximately 90 points with two rose cut diamonds either side which spread approximately 75 points each to a pretty engraved shank

It has a locket back and tripartite engraved shoulders with an engraved shank and the four natural pearls are surrounded with gems that spell the word Dearest: diamond, emerald, amethyst, ruby, emerald, sapphire and topaz.
