Simple, as in it has push pull focusing not a helicoid and a simple achromatic doublet lens. Yes, it is literally a tube with a doublet at the end. But also, it's a Leica, so it can't be that bad (it's not that bad at all). In very good condition, with minor internal dust and a slight ding in the filter ring.
