The nose is intense and refined with dominant fruity notes of pineapples

planted in 1955 on terroir situated at an altitude of around 300m

Thanks to the natural yeast on the grape skins the musts start fermenting spontaneously

The nose is very fruity, as a full red and black fruits basket, with delicate spices too, licorice, cinnamon and fragrance of flowers. The palate reveals a well balanced wine, with a nice freshness enhanced by the minerality, and delicate flavors of cherries, blackberries and raspberries. Pairs well with poultry or red meat, as well with heavier seafood and roasted vegetables.
