Vinden Wines Chardonnay 2022 Size::12 Bottle Case Light in colour but realThis Chardonnay was sourced from our Somerset Vineyard and Oakey Creek Vineyard. The fruit was handpicked and pressed with the juice transferred directly to large format, tight grain, French and Austrian oak and a concrete pyramid, where the wine underwent fermentation. During the seven month levage, btonnage was conducted to build complexity.
